Responsibilities
Leadership People Support:
Partner with General Managers and their direct reports, as well as junior managers in various teams, providing valuable business support
Collaborate with managers on performance management, employee engagement & development, and conflict resolution
Contribute to the planning and implementation of company-wide HR initiatives, including DEI&B programs and cultural engagement
Coaching And Manager Development
Deliver effective coaching and development feedback to managers and leaders
Offer recommendations and tools to address challenges and support problem-solving
Employee Relations
Identify and address trends and issues, proposing solutions to mitigate them
Document and track employee relations cases and resolution
Project Management
Oversee key HR initiatives, driving them from start to finish by collaborating with stakeholders, preparing process documents, and managing communications
Contribute to L&D training opportunities and provide perspective on content and facilitation as needed
Other
Evaluate and recommend best practices in HR systems and policies
Undertake ad hoc HR services as required
Foster strong relationships across departments and functions
Qualifications
6-8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years as an HR Manager or Jr. HR Business Partner
Experience supporting multiple client groups of at least 150 employees
Adaptability to operate within a lean HR model and handle various HR tasks as a generalist
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Proven project management abilities, seeing projects through from start to finish and collaborating with key stakeholders
Demonstrated success in creating new policies, procedures, or identifying areas for improvement
Ability to think creatively and strategically, generating unique approaches and opportunities
Proven expertise in coaching and supporting leaders at various levels
Excitement for navigating ambiguous situations and finding innovative solutions
Excellent oral and written communication skills, delivering thoughtful and effective messages
Requirements
In order to be considered, applicants must have the following:
At least 1 year of experience supporting a field operation, ideally from the service industry
Working knowledge across key HR areas, including benefits, labor laws, leaves of absence, and pay practices
Compensation
The annual base compensation for this role falls within the range of $110,000 to $120,000, with actual compensation determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and job-related skills.
Additionally, you will be eligible for an annual bonus linked to individual and company performance.
