Job Description

Remote Temporary HR Business Partner position!

Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, the HR Business Partner serves in a generalist role to support the overall success of the business both operationally and strategically in all functions of human resource management. Serves as Business Partner and point of entry to assigned business units and provides day-to-day consulting, facilitation and guidance to managers and employees including employee relations, training, performance management, organization development, and recruitment

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate's degree required and Bachelor's degree preferred. Must have a thorough understanding of the principles, theory and practice of organizational development and Human Resource management

EXPERIENCE:

  • 3 - 5 plus years of progressively responsible Human Resource Generalist/Business Partner experience with demonstrated success in employee relations.

PREFFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS

  • Understanding of Federal and State employment laws.
  • Excellent influence management skills.
  • Previous experience within not-for-profit sector
  • Experience in healthcare industry
