Hr Business Partner-Full Time

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate's degree required and Bachelor's degree preferred. Must have a thorough understanding of the principles, theory and practice of organizational development and Human Resource management

EXPERIENCE:

• Healthcare and Union experience preferred
• Resident of MA and/or RI preferred
• This position is remote and will be required to be onsite periodically.
• 3 - 5 plus years of progressively responsible Human Resource Generalist/Business Partner experience with demonstrated success in employee relations.

PREFFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS

• Understanding of Federal and State employment laws.
• Experience in healthcare industry
• Excellent influence management skills.
• Previous experience within not-for-profit sector
