Senior Financial Analyst (Reporting To Cfo)

Ascension Search Partners has been engaged by a high growth PE backed company who are building out their finance function. Partnering with the CFO and working closely with the investor group, you will be providing analytical support and strategic insights, plus supporting growth efforts (M&A) and integrating acquisitions.

The right candidate will have a strong technical skillset and ability to proactively problem solve, coupled with an understanding of key business drivers to not just produce models and reports but to make specific and actionable recommendations based on the analyses.

The CFO is based in Dallas, but the role is 100% remote.

Requirements:

• Investment banking experience (minimum 3 years).

• Corporate FP&A experience within a fast paced company preferred but not required.

• Comprehensive understanding of 3 statement models.

• Excellent analytical skills.

• Ability to function in a fast paced, remote work environment.

• Understanding of private equity reporting cadence and drivers.
