As a valued member of the team, you'll play a crucial role in the financial success of our client's organization. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing technical support to the group and its subsidiaries
- Participating in M&A activities and spearheading best practice initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with US GAAP and IFRS across all US businesses
- Leading the liaison with external audit teams for quarterly financial audits
- Generating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results reports
- Coordinating, reviewing, and distributing management reports to top executives, providing valuable insights and recommendations
Who We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Excellent analytical, communication, and auditing skills
- Industry experience, preferably with a publicly traded company
- Exposure to reporting and familiarity with IFRS
- Strong computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- CPA certification highly desired, along with a Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance
- 3 to 6 years of experience with a Big 4 audit firm (e.g., EY, PwC, Deloitte, KPMG)
