Job Description

Our firm is partnering with a $1.5B private equity backed Manufacturing client in Irving, Texas seeking to hire Director Financial Reporting / Assistant Controller.


Role will be individual contributor level initially with potential to manage individuals in the future. Responsible to work with Controllers of business units; as well work with auditors.


Seeking individuals who are fast-paced, intellectually curious, and take ownership!


Hybrid work model: 4 days in-office / 1 day remote option (Friday)


QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelors degree in Accounting

· CPA a plus

· 7+years of progressive experience of either public accounting (Manager or Senior Manager level) or industry experience responsible for filings

· Solid experience pulling together 10K/10Q

· Solid understanding of consolidating financials; including how to build cash flow statement

· Desire to continuously improve processes

· Experience with consolidation system (OneStream experience a plus)
