• About This Opportunity

• Perform ad hoc reporting of corporate maintenance programs for Operations and other key stakeholder teams, oftentimes involving disparate and/or imperfect information and short timeframes
• Support bi-monthly forecasts and other month-end responsibilities.
• Development of scalable and sustainable reporting tools for both financial metrics and vendor performance.
• Identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for automation, assist with solution development and implementation.
• Analyze financial results, monitoring for variances, identifying trends, and providing recommended actions to key partners.
• Provide analysis to senior management as requested. Examples include creating and maintaining a reporting system to track and analyze the financial performance and key performance indicators for different facility initiatives.

• Ability to work in a cross-functional environment while balancing multiple projects, tasks, and ad hoc requests.
• Background in financial management & analysis, investment banking, consulting, or private equity highly desirable.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: take ownership of your role and contributions; think like an executive or corporate investor; possess team mentality, can-do work ethic, and showcase integrity in all situations.
• Required: 4+ years of related analytical experience.
• Education: Bachelor's/ 4 Year Degree.
• Required: Advanced Excel modeling, MS Power BI, SQL.
• Executive presence and ability to build rapport and pursue strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
