The Senior Financial Analyst – eCommerce & Supply Chain will support the Company’s Budget and Analysis efforts in the areas of eCommerce and Supply Chain. This role will provide budget, forecast and analytical support in both structured and ad hoc manners.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with business unit leaders to provide budget, forecast and analysis
Monthly/Quarterly financial comparisons against budget and forecast
Create and distribute all eCommerce performance reports
Evaluate trends, patterns and results to determine business impacts of marketing and promotional activities and identify improvement opportunities
Lead and execute complex business analyses and projects from concept to completion to drive business decisions and efficiencies, including making the results accessible and relevant to business users at all levels
Be the subject matter expert in providing critical interpretation of complex data and insights on web analytics
Build strong partnerships with business unit leaders, consulting on how to attain their business goals by leveraging data and insights
Design reports and executive summaries that clearly and concisely communicate analytical findings and recommendations to key stakeholders
Work to model/forecast financial return on investment to support business unit leaders on new initiatives
Develop and implement recommendations for continuous process and system improvements, including identifying ways to automate analyses and processes
Assist in the preparation of materials for board meetings, earnings release, and miscellaneous presentations.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required
Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) preferred
5+ years progressive Financial Analysis experience required
High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts
Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients
Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Ability to work overtime as necessary

Base Salary: $75,000 to $95,000
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range. The actual base salary offered for this position depends on several factors including knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Our base salary is one component of GNC’s competitive total rewards strategy.
