You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to optimize processes, manage inventory levels, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, production planning, logistics, and distribution.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive process optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize operational efficiency and meet customer demands.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
• Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive supply chain improvement initiatives and cost-saving initiatives.
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished products.
• Manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or similar role, with a track record of driving operational excellence and managing complex supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, including procurement, inventory management, production planning, and logistics.
• Experience working with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
