Job Description
You are a strong leader with at least 10+ years of semiconductor experience, particularly in Power Management ICs. This includes guiding Marketing teams, driving the Product Roadmap and Business Strategy for sustained revenue growth. In this role, you will focus on high-growth Computing segment within Infineon's Power & Sensor Systems (PSS) division. You will set the vision and strategy for the Development Teams as well as manage/build key customer relationships to ensure long-term business success! In your new role you will:


  • Focus on high-growth Computing segment and drive Product Roadmap and Business Strategy for sustained revenue growth
  • Work closely with the internal teams across the globe to ensure smooth transition from development phase to mass production as products get released
  • Develop clear go-to-market strategies to ensure continuous revenue growth and market diversification
  • Drive product developments as a "Owner" and provide right guidance to the development team on product definition based on market expectations & requirements
  • Provide market guidance to the Engineering team to develop right-fit products in a timely manner that address evolving customer expectations & market needs
  • Manage key customers and build relationships to ensure long-term business success
  • Assist with market models and generate framework for business case development tools
  • Manage customer escalations related to technical issues, supply & pricing
  • Lead and guide the Marketing team to build a strong Product Roadmap that drives profitable growth across Computing applications
  • Travel 25% of the time to collaborate with internal teams and customer engagements within US & Asia
  • Proactively track market trends and influence R&D investment decisions that align with business strategy and positions Infineon as the market leader in Digital Power Management
  • Work closely with the Sales & Marketing teams worldwide and provide clear guidance on our product positioning & pricing strategies
  • Generate crisp customer communication materials on our products & solutions for our Sales teams
  • Go-to-market collateral deployment (fighting guides, market introduction, etc.)
  • Develop pricing strategies & business models for different market segments and
You have strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate others and ensure alignment in the team vision and strategy towards success.


You are best equipped for this task if you have:


  • Highly motivated, strong sense of ownership and can-do attitude to set the vision and strategy for the Development Teams
  • Solid understanding of pricing methodologies and tactics to ensure profitable, long-term business wins with customers
  • BSEE/MSEE or equivalent, Business degree is a plus
  • 10+ years in semiconductor related technical/marketing/application roles in Power Management ICs

Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:
Minimum of $220,000 salary per year
Maximum of $320,500 salary per year
In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
