About the Team


The Growth & Marketing team at Freshworks is tasked with enabling predictable growth for the company through revenue-focused marketing programs. As a member of the team, you will drive strategic marketing campaigns across the globe to acquire, engage and retain customers profitably. About The Role


We are looking for a rockstar integrated marketing leader that understands the power of building creative and impactful campaigns across multiple channels, regions, and segments to engage and acquire new customers and cross-sell/up-sell to existing customers.


We are looking for a storyteller who can transform our teams and campaigns while elevating our craftmanship and accelerating our revenue results.


Our ideal candidate is a passionate B2B marketer with prior experience at SaaS companies in a global environment.


Responsibilities


  • Work very closely with our brand thought leadership team and demand generation content teams to integrate all parts of the buyer's journey
  • Build unique content marketing programs that can help us scale organic customer acquisition.
  • Develop our comprehensive cross-channel marketing strategy for each customer segment, geography and industry vertical.
  • Partner with the regional teams (sales and marketing) to build bottoms-up campaign plans that support our priority sub-regions, languages, verticals and targets.
  • Enable our regional, partner, ABM and sales teams with messaging, content and collateral to differentiate our products and convert prospects into customers
  • Hire and lead a high-performance team of integrated marketing professionals
  • Understand ideal buyer personas, their goals and challenges, and define solutions that optimally position the Freshworks suite of products around the buying journeys.
  • Translate the marketing strategy into funnel-focused marketing programs to acquire, engage and retain customers


Requirements


  • Prior people management experience and proven ability to hire, manage and inspire a team of marketing professionals
  • Ability to work with cross-functional leadership teams, including product marketing, field marketing,
  • 12+ years prior experience in marketing, 5+ years at a SaaS company in an integrated marketing role


sales, design, web dev, etc.


  • Prior experience in creating and executing marketing strategies and demand-generation programs at enterprise software companies
  • Strong grasp of funnel-focused marketing activities to create demand and retain customers
  • Ability to strike the optimal balance between developing strategy and driving execution.
  • Global experience in a multicultural environment is desirable.
  • Ability to strategise and create content and messaging relevant to the target audience
  • BS/MS degree required. MBA desired.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to bring together cross-functional teams to deliver on business objectives
