As a key leader of the Brand and Corporate Marketing Team at MASA, you will drive major brand and creative initiatives from conception to execution. You will be a key leader of a fast-moving organization tasked with driving performance for a high-velocity growth company.
The right brand director will bring a mix of marketing expertise and creative acumen to the position to develop an inspiring brand for consumers and clients. We’re looking for an experienced manager of projects and people, someone who can oversee and build a high-performing team of individuals and resources — and drive complex initiatives forward in a timely and effective manner. The ideal candidate will also have deep understanding of how to leverage strategy, storytelling and data analytics in order to connect with our target audiences.
A core part of the MASA mission is to help people better understand health emergencies and emergent transport and its value to our customers. Your goal will be to use our brand and content amplify our unique products and services and strategically position our solutions for both existing and prospective customers.
This role will collaborate extensively with other disciplines within the company. It will be important to understand the market, competitive landscape, and customer pain points to apply best practices for the brand that help achieve business goals.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute and oversee the design and development of websites and content with a focus on supporting overall corporate goals and strategic objectives
- Responsible for the overall strategic direction of the global brand
- Perform market research and leverage consumer insights to provide brand positioning recommendations and ensure brand resonates with target audiences
- Lead efforts to develop and evangelize global brand standards
Requirements
- Has driven an projects in multiple mediums, including website, campaigns, video, email, and social
- Experience working with and enabling a variety of cross functional-partners and stakeholders
- Developed and maintained style, brand guides, and toolkits
- Detail oriented, data-driven, and able to execute on work that fulfills set goals/KPIs
- Has experience building and leading notable brands and has led organizations through brand redesigns
- Built and managed internal review processes with key stakeholders
- Used data and research to evaluate performance, and continually strives for improvement
Skills & Experience
- 10+ years in marketing, communications or an adjacent field such as content strategy, advertising, or media
- Comfortable using project management/collaboration software platforms
- Understanding of the seasonality, trends and buyers involved in the employee benefits or insurance space, or a comparable industry
- Experience building and leading brand redesigns
