About The Role
We are looking for a best-in-class brand marketer to join our team. This candidate will use data and insights creatively to inform our marketing campaigns, consumer experience, and brand strategy. This candidate will have a proven track record of scaling exceptional brands in-house. This role will be reporting directly to the SVP of Brand and Innovation.
You Will
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and creative to align brand initiatives with business goals
  • Develop marketing campaigns, including creative briefs, that align with overall business objectives/performance + maintain brand consistency
  • Driving the impact of brand towards overall business objectives; be judicious about what initiatives and touch points are most important to move the needle
  • Provide strategic guidance to executive leadership to influence brand direction and initiatives by advocating for the consumer mindset
  • Monitor data, collating multiple inputs to assess campaign effectiveness and brand health, and optimize brand strategies in response
  • Stay up-to-date with industry and cultural trends and competitors to identify opportunities for brand differentiation
  • Utilize customer insights and market research to inform brand strategies, and transform into actionable positioning and messaging
  • Partner with Product Marketing to ensure impactful and cohesive customer experiences
You Have:
  • Proven track record of building successful full-funnel campaigns
  • Excellent analytical skills to analyze data and measure campaign effectiveness
  • 10+ years of working experience in marketing or brand strategy/management
  • Proven ability to use customer insights and market research to inform brand strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive leadership and key stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling and cohesive brand messaging
  • 4+ years of experience in-house at a rapidly scaling brand
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to drive performance in a fast-moving environment
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in brand messaging and identity

Outlined below is a reasonable estimate of H&H’s compensation range for this role.
H&H also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSU’s) so that H&H employees own a piece of our company.
The actual amount will take into account a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and location.

An estimate of the current salary range for US-based employees is
$148,000 — $223,000 USD
