Senior Graphic Designer, Brand

Remote (PST is preferred) / Contract (40 hours/week, 3+ months) with potential for Full-Time conversion

The role

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong design and layout portfolio and experience working cross-functionally for an in-house design studio to support one of our largest consumer tech clients! The ideal candidate will have cross-functional experience within an in-house design studio, with relevant print and web design samples to share. Your ability to translate brand level messaging across various marketing vehicles on a global scale is needed to help push creative boundaries!

What you’ll do

You will be responsible for producing creative solutions for various retail-focused marketing needs and supporting internal communication efforts at the company. Projects range from multi-page educational presentations to point-of-purchase experiences, specialty events, large-format out-of-home graphics and various e-commerce support for premier retail partners.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Tackle all design work with the same attention to detail and care, regardless of the perceived scale of the project or deliverable
• Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines, stakeholders, and project types
• Be fearless in putting forth your creative ideas, but also be receptive to current business practices in place to help guide real-world executions
• Contribute to the evolution of materials for all design projects presented to you
• Participate in all phases of the creative development process from concept to tactical implementation and production of final assets
• Work in tandem with the Associate Creative Director to deliver high quality, global creative to markets near and far

About you

• Exhibit deep graphic design skills with a love for typography, design thinking and brand development
• Fully proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Office 365, Powerpoint, and Figma
• Bachelor's Degree in graphic design or a related degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience in graphic design and art direction (portfolio/samples required)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate your design thinking to senior creative leadership
• Knowledge of DAM Systems / Work Management Systems
