Position Overview:

We're seeking a dynamic Junior to Mid-Level C# Developer, ideally with experience in Blazor, to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to further your skills, work with a dedicated group of professionals, and be a part of our growth journey. While our office is based in San Diego, we're offering this position as primarily remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.Candidates in the Kansas City area would be a big plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications based on requirements.

Collaborate closely with the software team and stakeholders to ensure seamless development.

Offer insights and solutions during the software development lifecycle.

Use Blazor for web application development, creating interactive and efficient user experiences.

Ensure code optimization, scalability, and maintainability.

Continuously research and integrate new technologies to enhance our software solutions.

Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices.

Required Qualifications:

Proficient in C# and .NET framework.

Experience in Blazor or similar front-end frameworks/tools is highly desired.

Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.

Experience with source control tools, preferably Git.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Experience in working with databases, both relational and non-relational.EF Core and Dapper a plus.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience with cloud platforms and services, such as Azure or AWS.
