My client is an independent, 15-year old (100% self funded) marketing agency looking for a passionate Senior Digital Product Manager to join the team to work with full autonomy - concepting, defining and leading the execution of various product solutions. You'll have the full support of senior management to do whatever it takes to accomplish the goals you set for both your career and the company's growth.

Responsibilities:

• Identify areas for growth and create strategic product line roadmaps to help drive adoption of the product and differentiating features
• Work as part of a small (growing) Agile team of Marketers, UX/UI Designers, UI Developers, Copywriters, Operations and senior leadership
• Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision
• Research and become the team's expert on competitor landscape to recommend product releases and create product roadmap
• Develop MVP (Minimal Viable Product) and maintain an understanding of the product, market, and competition
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and products
• Analyze potential partner relationships for the product and lead the effort to integrate applications with other leading industry systems
• Manage all lifecycle stages for a product from ideation through sunset, with responsibility for ensuring that deliverables are understood and releases are delivered on time.
• Manage Agile product development process from product management point of view (iterations are 4 weeks)
• Keep abreast of the goings-on in the industry
• Serve as an in-house expert for products and become the go-to person for all functional issues
• Create KPIs, Analyze, Document Requirements, Recommend and Develop product positioning and go to market strategies (GTM)
