The Senior Data Analyst position is a key strategic role for the company as they will be supporting the internal optimization efforts of our company by developing and improving our reporting offerings as a data-driven organization. This role will support the Product, Operations, and Media teams by expanding our reporting infrastructure and validating the accuracy of our data. This role will also support our Data Engineering team by helping craft data requirements for new data sources. We're looking for a seasoned analyst with strong business acumen, a solutions-focused mindset, a passion for digging into relevant details, and a propensity to ask pertinent questions at the right time.

How Will You Make an Impact?

• Provide reporting to cross-departmental teams to develop a cohesive and comprehensive understanding of the key drivers of the business.

• Develop and maintain enterprise-level dashboards to guide business decisions and support company KPIs.

• Work with application and data engineers to develop, implement, and optimize data management processes to design self-serve reporting and analytics solutions using all available tools.

• Develop relationships with co-workers, leadership, and key stakeholders and possess the communication skills and confidence to succinctly deliver technical information to non-technical audiences.

• Analyze internal and external tracking data, publisher cost, and client success metrics to identify patterns and provide actionable insights.

• Profile and/or validate data in the data warehouse to ensure accuracy.

• Become a subject matter expert who is able to effectively troubleshoot our data pipeline for each line of business

• Lead and mentor other analysts on tools, approaches, and how to reach clear, actionable recommendations.

What Do You Bring to Us?

• 4+ years of relevant work experience in analytics and providing actionable insights to drive the business forward.

• BA/BS in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field (MBA is a plus).

• Digital Marketing experience is strongly preferred.

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge in utilizing BI tools, such as Tableau.

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge with SQL and querying relational databases, such as Snowflake.

• Advanced user of Excel including the ability to use formulas, functions, and pivot tables.

• Complex problem-solving and critical thinking skills, along with a solutions-oriented mindset.

• Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams and managing stakeholders. Strong cross functional leadership and consensus building.

The salary range for this role is $100,000-$115,000. Pay offered may vary within the posted range based on a number of factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Also this pay range is for all states except NY & CA.
