Senior Business Compliance Analyst

This position will develop, lead, maintain and deliver medium to large business initiatives benefiting internal and external customers, dealers, and associates.He or she will represent and advocate for the business product development and solution management that are in alignment with AHM and AHFC corporate strategies.Within the assigned process discipline and with internal and external partners, they are to achieve objectives including: Process maintenance and advancement, policy amendments, project requirements, testing, and field support

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To

• Coach and develop team members for the future
• Partner with corporate teams for solutions on large projects/initiatives
• Lead medium to large initiatives, document business requirements for projects, initiatives and corrections for compliance related items with BOS CCIB.
• Identify and develop processes to assist the achievement of targets
• With procurement and department leadership, monitor vendor performance and SLA's

Who Are We Seeking

• Graduate degree preferred
• 6 years of relevant experience with leadership roles
• Captive/auto finance or banking experience preferred
• Project management
• Leadership, business analysis, process mapping and business communication including documentation and managing complex business requirements
• BA/BS degree required
• Business analysis, process mapping and business communication including documenting business requirements, user acceptance testing and project coordination

Other Job Specific Skills

• Excellent time management and organizational ability
• Good quantitative and business acumen
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Windows applications, with a strong emphasis in Excel

Additional Position Factors

• Travel 5%
• Workstyle: Hybrid (Remote 1 days in office required)

Salary Grade Range - $79,700 to $119,600

Pay will be based on several variables that include, but not limited to geographic location, work experience, education, etc.
