§Confirm EIV reports are reviewed and monitored by the management timely

§Confirm management updates AFHMP and TSP per HUD guidelines

§Update all Asset Management tracking and regulatory spreadsheets

§Confidently confirm calculations in certifications to guarantee qualification

Coach auctions during relationship management calls recorded on AQM

Manage the reconditioning and sale of vehicles at a nationwide network of auto auctions

Manage a 500-1000 vehicle inventory across 10+ auto auctions

Conduct periodic audits of each auction, including on-site auction visits and remote audits.

At least 3 years of experience in remarketing vehicles

Experience in vehicle repair and estimating

Captive/auto finance or banking experience preferred

Excellent time management and organizational ability

Lead medium to large initiatives, document business requirements for projects, initiatives and corrections for compliance related items with BOS CCIB.

6 years of relevant experience with leadership roles

Leadership, business analysis, process mapping and business communication including documentation and managing complex business requirements

Business analysis, process mapping and business communication including documenting business requirements, user acceptance testing and project coordination

Maintains knowledge of applicable laws and regulations

Offers guidance on implementing process improvements and regulatory changes

Monitors LOB compliance activities to verify that regulatory compliance deadlines and requirements are met

Comprehensive knowledge of at least one substantive area of compliance, such as banking regulations, anti-money laundering, or anti-corruption

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and related applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Monitors and communicates regulatory changes that impact Chex Systems, Inc. products, services and business activities

Minimum of 5 years of equipment sales and/or management experience

Significant equipment knowledge and fleet operations

Equipment rental industry or construction equipment industry experience is preferred

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, pre-law or other relevant field, or equivalent education and experience.

General knowledge of regulatory requirements such as the Investment Advisers Act, FINRA rules and/or state insurance requirements is a plus

Conduct testing to ensure business partners are in compliance with state insurance requirements.

Provide guidance and support to business partners with respect to supervisory responsibilities (e.g., communications, gifts and entertainment, outside activities)

Four years of regulatory, securities, or advertising compliance experience.

Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Possesses good project management skills and organizational skills.

Assist in release management including risk assessment and contingency planning.

Minimum 8 - 10 years of hands-on experience in finding solutions to process/technical issues.

Experience with software development lifecycles and multiple releases of enterprise-class software products.

Possesses good problem-solving skills to address work-related issues and problems.

Proven experience in working with and within cross functional business teams, and software delivery teams.

Minimum of 5 years of equipment sales and/or management experience

Expert knowledge in reviewing and interpreting commercial real estate agreements.

Demonstrated knowledge of building and utilizing databases and reporting tools to administer and review commercial deal points and/or legal provisions

Review, analyze and create exceptions to contract drafts

Determine Accounting approvals needed for contract draft exceptions

Strong cross-functional team program management abilities, including managing multiple assessments concurrently with different stakeholders and timelines

Manage and maintain the common controls framework and ensure that controls are aligned with applicable security standards and regulations

Experience leading internal or external security audits and assessments

Experience implementing key security standards like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA standards

Excellent leadership, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, presentation, and problem solving skills

Own 3rd party / vendor risk assessments

Compliance Management of Remarketing Internal Processes

Compliance Management of Remarketing Suppliers including contracts

Lead compliance partnerships with the BUs, Supplier(s) and/or Remarketing management

Ensure Supplier are accountable for incorporating relevant policies, procedures, and regulations into their day-to-day responsibilities

Support the creation of user stories and/or business requirements to implementation plans relating to compliance and control changes
