5+ years demonstrated ability in program management or similar experience

4+ years of real estate industry experience, including an understanding of applicable compliance requirements

2+ years of experience in real estate sales or leadership

Demonstrated experience in crafting and managing Airtable or other similar databases

+3 years of compliance experience, with emphasis on consumer regulations including a working knowledge of applicable laws and regulatory requirements

Lead discussions with support partners and business unit management to communicate the compliance testing scope, objective and associated regulatory risk identified.

Assist in preparation of Compliance related management reports and identify data execution needs for testing, as applicable.

+3 years compliance testing or auditing experience including documenting test results and workpapers and communicating test results (Archer preferred) OR

Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Extensive audit experience – conducting internal audits, managing third-party audits, or previous infosec auditor.

Knowledge or experience with container management tools such as Docker, Amazon ECS, Kubernetes or equivalent implementations

Knowledge or experience in working with and/or managing vulnerability scanners such as, Tenable, Prisma, Burp Suite, etc..

Validate and drive vulnerability remediation of discovered vulnerabilities

Develop technical knowledge of control implementation

Communicate requirements effectively to internal and external stakeholders

B.S or M.S in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or Information Security, or relevant experience.

Minimum of 4+ years of experience in IT Audit, IT Compliance or IT Risk Management.

Project management skills in complex and decentralized IT organization.

Collaborate with and report findings and recommendations to senior management concerning compliance issues

Coordinate with control owners to ensure active management /monitoring of controls occurs throughout the year

Map internal controls to compliance requirements to NIST 800-53 framework

Critical thinker who can guide IT to meet control requirements and assess vendor IT risk profile

Relevant affordable housing industry experience and/or certifications

Position is Hybrid or Remote depending on candidate’s circumstances and experience

§Confirm EIV reports are reviewed and monitored by the management timely

§Confirm management updates AFHMP and TSP per HUD guidelines

§Update all Asset Management tracking and regulatory spreadsheets

Captive/auto finance or banking experience preferred

6 years of relevant experience with leadership roles

Leadership, business analysis, process mapping and business communication including documentation and managing complex business requirements

Knowledge of products/services available in the investment management industry

Comprehensive knowledge of at least one substantive area of compliance, such as banking regulations, anti-money laundering, or anti-corruption

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and related applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
