Job Title
Senior Business Assistant
Provide Administrative support to the SVP, Global Tech Hub and SVP Regional Solutions in the Markets & Location organization but not limited to:
Prepare PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Excel reports, and other miscellaneous materials
Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare background documents and outgoing mail as necessary
Assist in the preparation of monthly reports
Manage calendars, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings
Maintain “master calendar” of key events/deadlines/etc.
Handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of the Senior leaders
Project Manage events at our Tech Hubs
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
Arrange domestic and international travel

All About You
- Proficiency in MS office products, excel, PowerPoint, word, outlook a must
- Administrative experience in a corporate environment interfacing with senior and executive level management and customers required
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to function well in a busy and varied environment and work well under pressure
- Knowledge of Mastercard, payments and Mastercard systems e.g., Workday, Oracle, Sharepoint is helpful
