Senior Business Assistant Jobs

Minimum of 5 years industry experience with an excellent understanding of the stock market, investments and retirement plans.

Working knowledge of fixed income products, equities, mutual funds, insurance and annuities.

In-depth knowledge of investments, regulatory policies and procedures and ability to analyze client portfolios.

Quantitative and Financial research and analysis experience and someone who is detail oriented.

Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.

Able to independently manage multiple demands and competing priorities.

Administrative experience in a corporate environment interfacing with senior and executive level management and customers required

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Knowledge of Mastercard, payments and Mastercard systems e.g., Workday, Oracle, Sharepoint is helpful

Proficiency in MS office products, excel, PowerPoint, word, outlook a must

Accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task

Ability to function well in a busy and varied environment and work well under pressure
