Virtual Student Financial Aid Advisor

Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a Virtual Student Financial Aid Advisor to serve in the Education Finance Advisor role to support our campus financial aid department. In a highly regulated environment, this position is responsible for performing at a high customer service level in a fast-paced environment while adhering to Title IV and other governing agency regulations
Job Duties Include

• Collect documentation and evaluate student eligibility for aid
• Virtual meeting with prospective and re-entering students to discuss financial aid options
• Team up with other departments to resolve various issues regarding individual student aid
• Packaging new students

Job Requirements And Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• High level of customer service
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years experience in financial aid processing required
