Role Description

Securitas is looking for a full-time Security Operations Specialist to join our team in Houston, TX. This is an on-site role and the successful candidate will be responsible for providing security services to our clients. The Security Operations Specialist will be responsible for monitoring security systems, responding to security incidents, and providing customer service.

Qualifications

• Ability to think critically and make sound decisions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous experience in a security operations role is preferred
• Familiarity with security industry standards and regulations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of security systems and protocols
