CyanGate’s Salesforce division owns the leading document management solution on the Salesforce platform and services customers across many different industries. CyanGate is looking for an Alliances Manager to focus on the Salesforce.com line of business, including S-Drive, S-Route, S-Drive Desktop Application, and DocuFetch (Document Collection) products for Salesforce. The ideal candidate will already have experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with existing relationships with SIs, ISVs, and Salesforce sales teams. As the Alliance Manager, you will continue to build on and expand these relationships while educating on CyanGate’s AppExchange products in Salesforce ecosystem.
·Connect with AppExchange ISV partners where joint solutions can provide strategic benefits for joint customers and create new relationships. This includes initiating technical solution development efforts by coordinating different resources within CyanGate to create reseller relationships from concept to contract execution to go-to-market launch.
·Cultivate relationships with new and existing Salesforce Account Executives and Sales Engineers to educate them on CyanGate’s products and create new business opportunities
·Build relationships with system integrators (SIs) in the Salesforce ecosystem while educating their teams on our AppExchange products and solutions.
·Sign up new partners in CyanGate’s Turbo Partner Program, provide certification options to partner’s staff.
·Be the face of CyanGate for partners in the Salesforce ecosystem by actively participating in industry events, webinars, and social channels.
·Own CyanGate’s partnership status with Salesforce and ensure the company meets or exceeds the requirements and levels of the partnerships program, interfacing with our Partner Account Manager (PAM).
·Work with CyanGate’s Marketing team to build targeted messaging to partners and increase the partner’s pipeline to satisfy ARR quota for sourced and influenced pipeline from Salesforce AEs, SEs, and SIs.
·Build partner enablement programs while working with various departments within the company.
·Coordinate and pass opportunities to Sales while still helping close those deals.
·Commit to tracking all partner activities in our Salesforce instance so we know which partners are aligned to which accounts and where we should focus our time
- Ability to travel when required.
- Experience building and managing complex, revenue-generating relationships.
- Outstanding business presentation skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform as a technology professional is desirable.
- Grit – pushing the bar higher, going above and beyond to learn, expand and thrive while carrying the company and yourself to success.
- Excellent understanding of Salesforce’s AppExchange program and relevant marketing and sales programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 3 to 5 years of experience, with proven record, selling into the Salesforce market or building alliance relationships in a Salesforce SI or ISV environment.
- Demonstrable ability to uncover business opportunities.
- Ownership mentality – start and carry through success all aspects of the work while being accountable and continuously growing.
This is a remote work-from-home opportunity with commission and quota targets. You should expect to travel 1-2 times per month for key on-site meetings with partners and Salesforce events like Dreamforce, World Tours, and Dreamin’ events.
