Our Partnership team is looking for an exceptional North America Partner Alliance Manager to join our Digital Platform Partnership community of talented experts. You should have general knowledgeable of Salesforce, Ecommerce, API Management, Low Code, Supply Chain and DXP (Digital Experience Platform) technologies with experience building and managing relationships with partners, clients, and internal stakeholders, as well as proven success supporting sales opportunities. You will be responsible for managing our Digital Platforms partners (ex. Salesforce, Mulesoft, Adobe, Sitecore, SAP, ServiceNow, Pega, etc.) and supporting our field sales teams to achieve their revenue targets. You will be a self-starter who engages with the Softserve sales teams and across the organization to drive a cadence around key activities, including brokering key executive and field relationships between SoftServe and our partners; planning monthly and quarterly sales outreach; facilitating joint campaigns and GTM initiatives; reporting on KPIs and joint opportunities; and broadly collaborating and driving direct and partner influenced sales as well as demand generation at SoftServe and our partners. You should be an eager, highly motivated contributor who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment willing to get creative and try something, quickly adjusting to improve outcomes the next time.


YOU ARE

  • A Partner Alliance Manager with a minimum of 5-10 years of demonstrated success of exceeding objectives with experience and a strong understanding of enterprise technologies, with special emphasis in Digital Platform Solutions.
  • Serve as partnership SME to SoftServe’s sales teams and supporting resources.
  • Has specific Salesforce product knowledge and has achieved several Salesforce Trailhead badges.
  • Drive Partner co-selling best practices training and enablement in support of management and growth of joint accounts (i.e. portfolio expansion)
  • Able to build strong, trusted relationships within SoftServe’s strategic partner ecosystem, including Digital Platform Providers to increase SoftServe’s brand awareness with our top partners through networking, marketing campaigns, partner events, strategic account planning, and more.
  • Proactively identify and manage potential channel conflict posed by the alliance, including developing contingency planning, as well as escalating to SoftServe Executive Leadership when necessary
  • Minimum BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Assist with tailored account & vertical industry POVs, industry value maps, and differentiated industry solution offerings.
  • Have a deep understanding of the partner ecosystem, including incentive programs, enablement offerings, and success measurements.
  • Assist with execution of partner marketing plans and can comfortably strategize with alliance partners to advance the sales process.
  • Able to accelerate adoption of SoftServe’s Digital Platform portfolio of services through structured partner development plans.
  • Ensure accurate and thorough pipeline reporting through close collaboration with SoftServe Account Executives and internal and external Partner Managers.
  • Demonstrating thought leadership and understanding of Digital Platform technology and technology trends across segments.
  • Possessing at least 5-year-experience supporting domain solutions or IT services in new enterprise accounts.


YOU WANT TO WORK WHERE YOU

  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner and SoftServe needs on an ongoing basis
  • Develop partner engagement activities such as sales alignment and customer engagement
  • Forge strategic partnerships with top Digital Platform Partners including Salesforce, Mulesoft, Magento, Sitecore, ex.
  • Are highly independent with natural networking skills and self-motivated with the ability to proactively seek out solutions and opportunities
  • Generate revenue for SoftServe through the partner sales channel, and partner with sales and practice leadership to assist in territory and account growth plans.
  • Foster collaboration internally and externally
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, ability to quickly analyze and execute in a rapidly changing environment, take charge and make things happen.
  • Experience in managing a pipeline of future projects or opportunities across a diverse team with keen attention to detail, including comfort in managing to a clearly defined revenue plan
  • Have the possibility to travel up to 20% for strategic alliance meetings, field engagement, and other field partnering opportunities.
  • Build strong and trusted relationships within the SoftServe and partner ecosystem


TOGETHER WE WILL

  • Sponsor official and unofficial vendor partner summits & trade shows; and other relevant local and regional field partnering events
  • Present SoftServe’s Digital Platform value propositions and offerings to prospects and existing clients.
  • Contribute to Digital Platform specific target account lists and support account plans across SoftServe teams
