Salesforce Business Analyst

• Identify, empower, and transform end-users into power-users by facilitating a culture of learning
• Stay informed on industry trends within and related to CRM systems and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Partner with Business Development to create and maintain documentation, including process flows and user guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Development, Sales Operations, Marketing, Finance) to understand their CRM needs and translate them into effective workflows and system configurations.
• Play a leading role in working with external consultants on large-scale projects to optimize CRM and sales systems and implement them in acquisitions

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrator/Power User with a focus on Sales Cloud and sales technologies, ideally in Professional Services, but not required.

• Knowledge of Marketing automation tools including Hubspot or Pardot preferred.
• Solid understanding of CRM best practices, processes, and methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and translate business requirements into scalable and efficient CRM solutions.
• Experience leveraging Salesforce automation tools such as process builder or flow preferred.
• Experience with data management, including data cleansing, data migration, and data quality assurance.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration, including creating reports, process flows, and fields.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
