Business Analyst (Remote) Jobs

Our top national retail client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of analyzing and improving business processes, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:

• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Conduct market and industry research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Gather and analyze data to develop insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators.
• Provide support for ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI).
