The Opportunity:
As Wripple’s Sales Director, Enterprise & Upper Mid-Market, you will take on a critical role and play a pivotal part in growing our business. Our ideal candidate will leverage their past success selling staffing solutions and/or marketing agency new business engagements to prospective HR or marketing clients in larger mid-sized / enterprise-sized companies. Experience selling into upper management of Human Resources and/or Marketing teams is required.

- You’ll have a services mindset, be a true team player and also thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- A solid understanding of the contracting process / procurement will be required
- A track record of quota-exceeding sales success with marketing, digital experience and/or HR enterprise and upper mid-market client teams
- Our top candidates have fluency across all subject areas of digital marketing
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Familiarity with sales tools (Hubspot, Seamless.ai, etc.) and sales sequencing best practices are important to us
- Experience with large staffing/recruitment firms and/or top digital agencies, a plus
- Minimum 8+ years’ experience of progressive sales experience
What You’ll Be Accountable For:
• Meet or exceed measurable sales objectives in an expedited manner
• Create an effective sales development plan focused on winning the upper mid-sized/enterprise markets
• Employ sales sequencing efforts to secure demo appointments when appropriate
• Provide guidance to future direct reports by participating and leading sales development activity
• Motivate prospective clients via a passion for Wripple’s solution, clear communication
• Consistently monitor sales activity, providing continuous improvements
• Understand the contracting process and flawlessly handle the end-to-end process (negotiation, procurement, etc.)
• Own forecasting and pipeline quality metrics to track results, align with consistent processes and structure
• Develop required internal relationships and facilitate executive engagement to support success
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and set realistic expectations
• Keep the company informed on sales intelligence
