Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Direct Dealer Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting new clients through in-person and remote outreach, establishing strong client relationships, and providing front-line customer support. Your goal is to offer solutions that drive revenue growth for our organization. This position primarily involves remote work, with occasional travel to trade shows and in-person sales calls/customer visits. The ideal candidate should have the ability to work from home, maintain a reliable internet connection, and adhere to regular core hours.
Key Responsibilities
Initially, undergo training in our Support department to gain comprehensive product knowledge.
Transition to the Direct to Dealer sales role, focusing on creating and nurturing relationships with automotive dealership clients.
Increase company profitability by effectively selling our products to both new and existing customers.
Provide valuable feedback on industry trends and opportunities to enhance our product lineup.
Comfortably utilize video recordings for communication with customers.

Responsibilities
Present and promote company products and services to both new and existing customers.
Actively prospect and initiate contact with potential customers.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets within specified deadlines.
Resolve customer inquiries and address any complaints professionally.
Schedule follow-up appointments to keep customers informed of the latest developments.
Create sales materials and presentations for customer engagement.
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
Automotive industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
Strong ability to build rapport with clients.
Effective negotiation skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
