Position Overview
As an HR Generalist, you'll play a pivotal role in the success of our organization. You will work directly with a team of 500 employees, focusing on various HR functions to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations: Handle and resolve conflicts, boost employee morale, and foster a harmonious workplace.
Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process, ensuring we bring in top talent to complement our team.
Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Benefit Education: Collaborate with our corporate benefits manager to educate employees about their benefits.
HR Systems: While not required, experience with HRIS/ATS systems, such as Oracle, is a plus and will easily transfer to our new system.
Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of Human Resources experience is required.
Education: A bachelor's or associate degree in HR, communications, or a related field is a must.
Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in Spanish is a significant advantage but not mandatory.
Work Environment
Schedule: Enjoy a 4-day on-site work week with 10-hour days, and the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.

Industry: Our facility primarily handles assembly (90%) and machining (10%).
