About The Role
As a valued member of the Go-to-Market FP&A team, the Finance Manager role is your gateway to fueling rapid growth while ensuring ROI objectives and bottom-line targets. Collaborate directly with Sales & Marketing leaders, immerse yourself in planning, budgeting, and forecasting rhythms, and be the driving force behind financial modeling for pivotal go-to-market decisions. We're seeking someone with keen analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and effective communication abilities. Your Responsibilities
Shape top-line forecasts including ARR and revenue, bridging actual results with forecasts using CRM data
Champion monthly ARR reporting, enhancing process efficiency through innovative solutions
Manage Sales & Marketing headcount, compensation costs, budgeting, capacity planning, and variance analysis
Craft and analyze key performance indicators, offering insightful assessments of go-to-market activities
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing budget owners to optimize spending
Drive process enhancements for forecasting and budget tracking
What You Bring
Over 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Business Analysis
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
Proficiency in CRM systems is a plus
Enthusiasm for learning and adapting, embracing intellectual curiosity and constructive feedback
Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, managing multiple workstreams adeptly
Strong analytical skills, transforming diverse data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and influencing abilities, making complex analyses accessible to diverse audiences
In addition to a competitive base salary, your compensation package includes an annual target bonus and equity component.
