Role Overview
As our Market Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to bring the joy of our products to even more people. Based in Omaha, NE, you'll be the driving force behind our sales and marketing efforts in the Nebraska/South Dakota Territory. Your creative mindset and determination will help us achieve our volume, revenue, and distribution goals.
What You'll Do
Collaborate closely with our valued wholesalers to implement engaging sales and marketing strategies.
Inspire and motivate distributor teams to achieve and exceed sales targets, including overseeing special incentive programs.
Elevate our products by showcasing them across different distribution channels.
Uncover untapped opportunities by identifying key accounts that are a perfect match for our offerings.
Gather essential market insights and data on pricing, distribution, and trends.
Put your excellent communication skills to work as you present wait-staff/bartender education sessions, host beer tastings, and curate beer dinners.
Lead the charge in on-premise promotions and ensure eye-catching merchandising.
Foster strong relationships with key on and off-premise accounts, driving brand awareness and loyalty.
Collaborate closely with local distributors to enhance our brand presence and drive consumer engagement.
Oversee 3rd party sampling teams, providing guidance and ensuring a memorable brand experience.
Keep a watchful eye on progress within identified accounts and stay aligned with state and federal regulations.

What You'll Bring
A Bachelor's Degree that showcases your commitment to learning and growth.
A proven track record in the malt beverage realm, with a minimum of three to five years' experience.
The ability to shine in various interactions, from retail to wholesale management.
A self-starter mentality, capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
Excellent communication skills that allow you to engage large audiences, conduct staff trainings, and host events.
