Ringside Talent is on the hunt for a highly motivated and goal-oriented Sales Development Recruiter to join our dynamic team! As a Sales Development Recruiter at Ringside Talent, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging with top talent.


As a Sales Development Recruiter, you'll be responsible for:


  • Cold calling and conducting phone screens
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly metrics
  • Identifying and engaging with top talent
  • Developing and executing sourcing strategies
  • Building relationships with candidates and clients
