"Is your passion in retail?” We are looking for a Sales Associate at our store in Boca Raton, FL. The ideal candidate will have prior Customer Service experience and solid working knowledge in a retail store environment. “Do you have the gift of motivating those around you?” The Sales Associate will have a working knowledge of all things UNTUCKit, along with a strong ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• A team player who possesses the ability to work together in a learning culture
• Assess customers needs and provide information on our products, features and benefits
• Own personal sales goals, along with team goals
• Actively maintain a tidy sales floor and stockroom
• Be a self-starter when doing tasks
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Juggle multiple customers at a time

• Be a vital part of brand decisions with customer feedback and observations

Requirements

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Work experience as a sales associate
• Proficiency utilizing Apple technology and Omnichannel POS systems
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• High school degree; BA/BS degree would be a plus
• Customer service focus

Work Hours

• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on store/Company needs
• Hours: 5 or more as needed
• Comfortable working alone for hours of a shift
• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends and/or holidays
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are required
