They are responsible for overseeing the town’s budget, personnel, and other administrative matters. Town Managers are also responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the town. Detailed Job Description The Town Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the town or city.
