We are seeking an experienced accountant to join our public accounting firm as an Accountant with our Outsourced Accounting Team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a range of accounting services to external clients, including payroll, tax preparation, bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and general accounting services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage a portfolio of external clients, providing them with comprehensive accounting services, including payroll, tax preparation, bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and general accounting services.

· Prepare and review financial statements and reports for clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness in accordance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.

· Communicate effectively with clients and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

· Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery to clients.

· Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as necessary to enhance the quality and efficiency of accounting services.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.

· At least 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.

· Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations.

· Proficiency in QuickBooks.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
