Sales Associate / Fashion Consultant

House of Anita Dongre is seeking a seasoned Sales Associate / Fashion Consultant for the Anita Dongre New York Store

Job Summary:

The Senior Sales Associate will be responsible for outfitting, accessorizing customers and actively be involved in suggestive selling as per the occasion and event. The focus would be on increasing sales, especially off the rack selling.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and provide consultancy to customer for sales.
2. Should be able to align themselves with the brand ethos and incorporate such sensibilities in each customer interaction and other activities at store.
3. Coordinate and help customers in classification of outfits as per the event/occasion.
4. Assist them during trials.
5. Involvement in visual merchandising of the store.
6. Work with the store team in ensuring efficient inventory management and zero shrinkage.
7. Achieve individual/ store sales targets.
8. Adherence to policies, systems and procedures.
9. Maximizing sales and profitability through excellent customer service.

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to influence decisions of customers.
• Understanding of different face and body shapes.
• Knowledge of fashion trends, color schemes, fabrics and designer labels.
• Eye for detail.
• Effective communication skills to work with clients.
• Creativity and innovation.
• Knowledge of different body types and how to dress them in the most flattering way.
• Well organized.

Others:

Experience: Preferably from Indian/ Western wear Women’s Designer wear background

Education: Any Graduate preferably with Fashion Management

Experience: 5-6 years

Salary Bracket: $ 50000 - 60000 per annum
