Title: Temp Photo Studio Asset Coordinator

Reports to: Digital Asset Coordinator

Overview:

The Photo Studio Asset Coordinator will help oversee the workflow process of asset deliveries. They will possess strong communication skills and proactively coordinate with our Digital Asset Coordinator to track requests and provide updates. They will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and will play a critical role in providing visibility into real-time updates at the Photo Studio.

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Ensure assets shot by studio adhere to DY image requirements and timelines
• Actively communicate with cross-functional partners to understand, communicate, and track priority requests
• Oversee asset deliveries
• Ensure asset statuses are updated daily and communicated
• Ensure daily recaps are shared with e-com and creative teams and alert if any issues arise around deadlines
• Develop good working relationships with external studio

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Excel and V-lookups
• Detail oriented and able to communicate asset priorities and statuses
• Extremely organized
• Strong ability to prioritize, communicate, and track in a fast-paced work environment and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledgeable about E-commerce asset scaling, background corrections and image resizing.

Estimated Salary Range: $20-25/hour
