Looking for a highly analytical individual ideally with exposure to a sales team or business development team to work on our sales operations and strategy team. This individual will help drive insights that will influence goal forecasting and aide the team in reaching those goals with data. This individual will also work with the strategy and insights manager on strategic initiatives.

• Organize and gather feedback from team on reporting
• Support the business with reporting, analytics, and sales performance management
• Gather and organize large amounts of data and/or information to provide insights to team members in a clear, concise manner
• Adhoc report creation and insight analysis and report key findings
• Gather insights for quarterly business reviews
• Assist strategy lead in adhoc initiative strategies (pulling data, analysis of certain metrics and progress as it relates to the initiatives)
• Work independently on assigned project deliverables to meet objectives within the agreed upon timeline
• Work with our analytics team to refine and maintain our dashboards in Tableau, evaluate for accuracy and recommend improvements
• Conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly analysis of sales metrics (funnel metrics, GMV, inventory, SKUs)
• Work in partnership with business development and sales operations on goal forecasting
• Monitor project deliverables through development of project plans and tracking tools
• Participate in team meetings and conference calls

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of Tableau, Salesforce, SQL knowledge (recommended but not required)
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Advanced computer skills including superior proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• 2-4 YOE with insights, analytics or sales operations experience (experience working with a sales team a plus but not required)
