Position Overview

The Regional Vice President, Sales - will be responsible for sales performance and client experience across the assigned region. This individual will ensure the customer base within his or her region is being maintained and expanded to meet company goals and benchmarks.

In this role you will hire, train, and lead a team of salespeople while providing leadership and insight to drive growth and achieve sales goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by developing and executing on a high volume of opportunities from inception to close
  • Provide sales performance indicators to upper management
  • Assist new and existing Account Executives to help them qualify and close opportunities and develop new opportunities to meet quarterly goals
  • Supervise assigned Account Executives, including communicating job expectations, planning and monitoring individual job contributions, and mentoring team members
  • Evaluate hiring needs including recruiting, interviewing and hiring salespeople
  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Develop staff talents to support business revenue goals
  • Evaluate day-to-day operations of assigned region and team
  • Analyze and forecast market opportunities within the local CLM market

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
  • Bachelor’s, or similar degree
  • Experience building effective teams
  • Previous experience as a Sales Leader or a similar successful sales role
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to remotely lead and motivate a high performance sales team
  • Deep understanding of the market, demographics, and behavior of consumers within the assigned territory/region
  • Availability to travel as needed
  • Exemplary verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Strategic mindset
