Responsibilities:
The role is for someone who’s excited about improving workflows through automation. We are seeking an experienced Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RPA development and passion for innovation.
Requirements
Develop efficient, scalable processes using UiPath to automate web scraping and web navigation
Create, maintain and update automation workflows and troubleshoot debug/issues
Continuously monitor and optimize automation processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
Stay current with enterprise-leading practices and design principles
Document best practices and automation solution designs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and identify areas for automation
Work with data engineers and product team to provide guidance on best practices, process
reviews, strategy, and help answer any automation questions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience with UiPath and RPA development (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, Workfusion, etc.)
Experience with automating website navigation tasks such as click, hover, scroll, etc (Javascript and HTML/CSS selectors)
Strong understanding of RPA concepts and best practices
Basic understanding of Python scripting
Strong .NET/C#
Experience with Git or other version control systems
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
