Network Recruitment Agency LLC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Controller to join our dynamic team in the financial services industry. As a Controller, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all financial functions for the company. The Controller will work closely with key stakeholders to drive financial performance and ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the year-end audit process and ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations
• Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
• Review and approve all financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to streamline financial operations
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to improve efficiency and minimize risk

Requirements

• CPA designation preferred
• 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
