Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the project controls group, providing analysis for large projects.
• Foster proactive engagement with external auditors, ensuring timely implementation of corrective actions.
• Conduct detailed accounting research and provide resolutions to complex accounting matters,
• Be a strategic partner to the leadership team, identifying opportunities and risks to drive sustainable growth.
• Drive working capital improvement initiatives, working closely with Stakeholders on month-end closing activities.
• Accurate and timely financial reports, providing valuable insights to support decision-making.
• Conduct comprehensive balance sheet reviews for each business unit annually, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support delegation-of-authority compliance, reviewing and approving credit limits and customer payment terms.
• Ensure strict adherence to U.S. GAAP and company policies and, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethics.
• Actively monitor the control environment, implementing effective internal controls as needed.
• Contribute to the annual business planning and budgeting process, providing valuable financial insights.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and SAP.

• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP requirements and their application in financial reporting.

Education and Experience:

• CPA license is preferred.
• Public accounting experience is highly desirable.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Accounting, Audit, or Finance positions.
