Revenue Operations Manager

Position Overview:

Showpad is seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Manager to join the Revenue Operations Team. The Revenue Operations Manager will contribute to Showpad’s accelerated growth and will ensure strong collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success to help implement revenue growth strategies. This position will be a cross-functional partner and provide insightful reports/metrics, scalable processes, strategies and tactics to enable Showpad to grow and capture market share across the world.


The Revenue Operations Manager will report directly to the VP, Revenue Operations and be part of the larger Revenue Operations Team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute effective change management and communications for technology implementations and automation within the Sales organization
  • Understand and assist with our sales compensation planning, including sales quota allocation, variable compensation policies, and territory alignment
  • Help with determining operational priorities connected to customer acquisition, growth, and ongoing success as we work towards our revenue and efficiency goals
  • Partner with the Revenue Analytics Team to deliver core quantitative analysis; develop reporting and dashboards to show performance, trends, opportunities, and risks across the customer life cycle
  • Be directly involved in the development and implementation of revenue growth strategies, sales compensation models, forecasting and more
  • Integrate automated efficiencies wherever possible
  • Establish high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning, forecasting, and other efforts run by Sales Operations
  • Develop key metrics for the go-to-market organization, ensure strong alignment with leaders and create repeatable processes that enable growth


Minimum Requirements:

  • Ability to independently identify problems, propose solutions and execute
  • Strong presentation abilities - able to develop and present clear, important insights at every level of the Sales Organization
  • High organizational aptitude with strong motivation for continuous improvement and an ability to create impact in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven success driving operational excellence, including managing a team of analysts
  • Excellent communication skills both up and downstream
  • Proven track record of implementing and executing processes and procedures that can scale as business grows
  • Extensive experience working with Salesforce.com
  • 4+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or an equivalent role
  • Energetic team player that can partner with other leaders on the team while diving in with front line individuals
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extract insights from data, with excellent business awareness
  • Able to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment with the capacity to make informed decisions
  • Solid experience working with and improving major revenue systems - CRM, Sales Development, and Sales Funnel


Travel Requirements:

This particular role will require minimal travel.
