What You'll Do


In response to our growing business needs, we are excited to hire a Project Manager to support our Operations Team. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering key projects across the Wilson organization. The PM will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure business requirements are scoped and delivered on time and on budget.


Specific Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To


  • While introducing change, be critical of established processes and suggest relevant improvements.
  • Demonstrate leadership, inspiration, and guidance to all teams; foster a culture of transparency and collaboration.
  • Identify needs through detailed scoping; build requirements, execute implementations, mitigate risks, and respect budgets and timelines.
  • Build scalable solutions, work with stakeholders across multiple verticals, and oversee and execute on projects to achieve company-wide goals .
  • Determine resource plans including outside consultants as needed to support projects.
  • Influence cross-functional and software development teams to align business' strategic vision with its software technology.
  • Manage key projects in various functional areas using established project governance, stakeholder engagement plans, and change management activities.
  • Manage IT and business workflows, processes, and documentation to ensure accountability and responsibilities.
  • Ensure buy-in of relevant stakeholders through Change Management activities and active communication to make sure the organization understands and supports the transformation journey.


Work under the oversight of the Wilson IT Architect, Specialized IT Directors, and Sr. Program Manager to align needs, priorities, dependencies, resources, and timelines


What We're Looking For


This role requires a bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or a related field and five years of prior project management experience. Additional experience and/or PMP certification will be considered in lieu of a degree.


Other Qualifications Include


  • Ability to communicate effectively to both business stakeholders and technical team members
  • Excellent written, oral, instructional, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of software methodologies and delivery of technology systems
  • Experience working with distributed teams, systems design and development
  • Knowledge and ability to direct a team in integrating information technology services with the work requirements and deliverables of the project
  • Proven experience managing both onshore and offshore vendors
  • Ability to lead a combination of dedicated and shared services teams to deliver outcomes aligned with business objectives and SLAs
