As a Revenue Operations Analyst you will help drive customer experience through accurate and timely workflows and deliver improvements to our Revenue Team’s technology stack. A successful candidate will have the ability to work independently in a dynamic, rapidly-growing, and fast-paced environment. This role reports directly to the Sr Manager, Revenue Operations.

As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will:
- Empower key stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve process, and tools to enable scalable analysis, reporting, and decision making
- Partner with the Revenue teams to solve user inquiries related to billing and collections
- Collaborate cross-functionally, respond to process & policy questions and effectively communicate requirements to the Revenue teams
- Drive the lead management process and ensure we have scalable process for procurement, enrichment, execution and reporting
- Assist the contract drafting process, generating standard documents and working with Legal and Revenue to help respond to customer feedback
- Perform month-end close process and reconciliations and help maintain completeness, including attribution and booking information
- A passion for creating new systems and solving problems via infrastructure and automation
- Experience reading and working with contracts
- 2+ years of relevant experience in similar role, required
- Experience with Stripe, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Chilipiper, Docusign and Ironclad knowledge preferred
- Demonstrated professional experience using Excel and working with large data sets
- Comfortable working with manual and automated processes
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- BA/BS in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance
- Process-oriented with an understanding of both financial and operational controls
