Revenue Control Analyst Jobs

CSP's Accounting & Finance Practice has partnered with a growing healthcare organization based in downtown Baltimore that is seeking a Revenue Control Analyst to join their team. This role is a key position of the Revenue Cycle department under the supervision of the Revenue Cycle Manager. The Revenue Control Analysis position is responsible for the direct maintenance of the company's Charge Description Master (CDM), in ensuring that revenue control items are loaded and current in the EMR billing system.

Responsibilities:

• Other Assigned responsibilities to support the Revenue Cycle Operations
• Monitor claim rejection and denial work queues for coding related issues.
• Maintain the security and privacy of all information that is owned by the company or maintained on behalf of the company’s patients, employees, and business partners.
• Leased and credentialed providers set-up, including mapping services and fees.
• Audit and update CPT codes, including mapping and configuration to payer and provider.
• Implement and review State, Federal and third-party payer fee schedules.
• Perform random audits on sites billings.
• Monitor non-billable services based on provider credentialing and service level.
• Maintain charge control master, by uploading fee schedules and contract fees in the EHR billing system.

Requirements:

• 5 years in Practice Healthcare revenue cycle management
• High school Diploma required, (Associates Degree in Healthcare Administration preferred)
• 3 years’ experience with Electronic Medical Records. (ECW preferred)
• Ability to understand contract information.
• Knowledge of Federal Billing Guidelines
