Meet Our Team:

As a key contributor to Pega’s Financial Planning and Analysis team, you will report directly into our Senior Director, Financial Planning and Analysis supporting Pega’s global revenue forecasting function. You will work alongside a team of finance professionals who work across organizational functions to maintain our forecasts and KPIs.

What You’ll Do at Pega:

Prepare and consolidate Finance forecast package.

Communicate with Senior Management and functional owners within the bookings and revenue process, including Sales Operations, Services Operations, Hosting Operations, Business Officers and the Revenue Accounting team.

Understand key drivers and trends to support forecasts as well as to help improve reporting

Read and understand draft and signed customer agreements, identify potential Revenue Recognition issues and coordinate resolution with the revenue accounting team

Coordinate with relevant organizations to support/improve forecast accuracy

Prepare revenue and bookings data as required for the Company’s Board of Director reports

Prepare quarterly bookings analysis to support average deal size, geography, industry, type of deal (cloud/license) and produce summary of findings

Support assumptions for the Corporate Planning process and multi-year revenue model – (bookings to revenue conversion, deal duration, etc.)

Participate in the production, analysis and maintenance of revenue support elements for all revenue related sections of our MD&A support package

Perform reconciliation of forecasted revenue to actual revenue for all material revenue accounts

You are a results-oriented professional that enjoys helping plan and manage a business and solve problems. Although you have exceptional interpersonal skills and enjoy being a team player, you are also able to work independently. You are self-motivated, have a thirst for knowledge and desire to expand your skills.

What You’ve Accomplished:

• BS/BA in BS in Accounting/Finance
• 1-3 years of financial analysis or accounting experience, preferably with a cloud or software company
• Proficiency with SAP, MS Office tools, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and PowerBI.

· Successfully worked with a cross functional team juggling numerous priorities
