Revenue Accounting Analyst Jobs

Assist the VP of Finance in tracking and reporting portfolio investment performance and real time management requests

Work with the VP of Finance and multiple fund administrators to ensure timely distribution of quarterly financials

Support the VP of Finance in the preparation of annual audited financial statements and regulatory filings

Minimum 4-6 years accounting experience required (public accounting and/or fund accounting experience a plus)

Multitask and manage/prioritize own workload to meet deadlines

Excellent communication and documentation skills

2 to 3 years of progressive accounting experience within real estate or construction

Strong Excel and Power BI skills

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office especially Excel spreadsheets

Active involvement in day-to-day operational accounting activities

Perform professional accounting work including the examination, analysis, maintenance, reconciliation, and verification of accounting/financial reports

Prepare monthly and quarterly journal entries

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or in a similar field, like Business Management

Analyze collections and provide up-to-date A/R reporting to inform management decisions made by the Program and Executive teams.

Stay abreast of key research and guidance in the field, and attend learning experiences to build skills and competencies in operations.

5+ years of proven experience in accounting or finance

Proficiency with Sage Intacct, or similar financial accounting management system

The Revenue Accounting Manager will engage in the following:

2+ years of experience in data analysis, pricing, revenue management, or other related functions

Knowledge of revenue management metrics within the hospitality market is preferred but not required

Bachelors with 2 years experience or a Masters degree in a quantitative discipline such as economics, finance, mathematics, engineering, or statistics

Manage inventory and availability to ensure maximum revenue and occupancy

Collaborate closely with Owner Experience, Marketing, and Listings and Distribution, to ensure successful execution of revenue optimization strategies

Ideally, past experience with pricing within hospitality, travel or with an OTA

Revenue Accounting experience with a working knowledge of ASC606

Manage the revenue accounting close process, driving timely and accurate reporting of revenue on a monthly basis

Develop deep understanding of the company’s product offerings, our customer contracts and our pricing structure

6+ years with relevant accounting experience, 2+ years of working at a technology company with a SaaS business model

Experience with working on a leading ERP such as NetSuite, Sage Intaact or equivalent

Maintain charge control master, by uploading fee schedules and contract fees in the EHR billing system.

Pay Rate :$35-38/hr. on W2 (Without Benefits)

Analyze and forecast financial, economic, and other data to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions.

7+ years of experience in accounting, financial management, or a related field.

Demonstrated leadership and management skills.

Supervise and manage the accounts receivable and revenue staff, including training, performance management, and day-to-day operational oversight.

Analyze financial data to identify trends and potential issues, and provide recommendations for improvements to the senior management team.

Monitor and manage the cash flow of the organization, ensuring that it is adequate for daily operations and long-term growth.

Understand and prioritize Accounting user needs, and then partner with Product and Engineering to develop requirements

Perform other tasks as requested by ITI senior management, complete all company and job-related training as assigned within the required timelines.

BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent. MBA and/or CPA certification preferred, not required.

Minimum of 5 years of increasingly responsible accounting/finance and reporting experience or equivalent.

Experience with Life Sciences industry and Pharmaceutical Revenue and Gross-To-Net accounting experience/knowledge preferred.

Experience with Oracle is preferred; SAP or equivalent is acceptable.

Must have excellent verbal communication and organizational skills.

Build an expertise with the foundations of Revenue Management.

Trouble-shoot issues related to Yardi, yield management platforms or Revenue Services related processes.

Become a local expert with yield management platforms, and ultimately be able to provide advisory services in the future.

Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university, preferably in business, economics, real estate, or finance related majors.

Proficient with Microsoft programs with advanced knowledge of Excel.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence others.

Track and file annual business license compliance requirements.

Own key processes surrounding the company's month-end close:

Weekly and monthly journal entries with appropriate support.

Prepare and post monthly accruals including financial estimates.

Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for all primary assets and liability accounts including cash, inventory, prepaids, accounts payable/RNI, and miscellaneous accrual accounts.

Manage Special Events and the daily steps for Prio

Excellent problem solving, presentation, administrative and interpersonal skills required

Experience in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products with emphasis in Excel

Knowledge of Hyatt systems (PRIO, OPERA, Reserve) a plus

Assist to complete the forecast and budget

Assist with daily, weekly and monthly reporting for Strategy and Owners Meetings

Manage invoices and action within strict deadlines.

3+ years of Accounting experience.

Reconcile sub ledger accounts and financial records and create analysis reports as needed.

Partner with business owners, customers, and suppliers to understand processes to ensure system and internal controls are in place.

Research and resolve discrepancies on general ledger accounts.

Process highly confidential and sensitive corporate invoices.
